Utah Jazz: Bynum absent, but Lakers roll

Perhaps Andrew Bynum's picture belongs on the back of a milk carton. The Lakers' gifted young center is supposedly recovered from a regular-season knee injury and was supposed to play a major role in L.A.'s first-round series against the undersized Utah Jazz.
